Policies at Flor.jewellery

Confirmation

Once we have received the order, an electronic confirmation will be sent to your email address. For further confirmation and payment settlement details, our customer service will contact you via Whatsapp. Hence, it is important to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number when placing an order. NOTE: Please save the confirmation as a reference for any future contact with our customer service. A confirmation will also serve as your receipt of the purchase.

Shipment and delivery

All the purchase will be delivered within 1-2 weeks once the order has been confirmed. You may also choose to pick up your purchase at our office. For pre-order items, we have an approximate dispatch time frame of 2-4 weeks.

Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and FPS settlement. Detail payment methods and guidelines will be provided in the confirmation email. NOTE: All pre-orders require full payment at the time of order. 


Refund
All items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Guarantee

All products have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. After this warranty period, all repairs are subject to a service charge. Items returned within the warranty period will be repaired or exchanged at no extra cost. *This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, or not in accordance with product instructions.

Size alteration, size exchange service (for Engagement Ring & Wedding band items only)
First-time size exchange within 3 months from the delivery date is free of charge. A service charge of HK$500 will be levied from second time/3 months after the delivery date. *If the new size required is out of standard ring size scales, a special size handling charge will be applied. (Please check with our consultant for the exact cost. )
